Drowned Session is a dark folk band from Copenhagen. Though reared in the folk music of Scandinavia, the band draws heavily upon the Americana tradition – not unlike Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, A Silver Mt. Zion and 16 Horsepower. It is music that displays a strong pop sensibility through dark atmospheres and haunted personal lyrics.

Both tracks were recorded in the band's rehearsal space.
