Sonne Adam is a dark death metal band from Tel Aviv, Israel. The band started out as a project between Tom Davidov and Chen Dahan in 2007. Initially inspired by the early works of bands like Cathedral, My Dying Bride and Paradise Lost they unknowingly created a sound that could be compared to contemporary western acts such as Necros Christos, Grave Miasma and Venenum. Their sound is heavy, down tuned, diverse and conists of all-consuming lava-esque riffs, unholy triumphant vocals, thundering drums and a song-writing filled to the brim with fascinating twist and turns. Combined with metaphorical, dark and blasphemous lyrics Sonne Adam stands out from the mass as authentic, occult dark death metal.
