BANG! (us)

70'ies proto metal legends for the first time ever in Denmark! Often called America's answer to Black Sabbath, one of the most unsung bands in the history of US hard rock music, BANG, is back! With the heaviness of Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin, coupled with the groove of Grand Funk Railroad, BANG released three critically acclaimed albums on Capitol Records in the early 1970's before disappearing for a number of years. 2015 marks the 43rd anniversary of BANG's critically acclaimed debut album and the band is celebrating with plans to tour Europe!

Says lyricist and original drummer Tony Diorio, “Basically we're back to finish what was started a long time ago and cut short by forces out of our control.” The band will be performing tracks from all their hit albums 'BANG', 'Mother/Bow To The King' and 'BANG Music'!

DEMON HEAD (dk)

Long winters and short glimpses of the sun brought Demon Head to life in Copenhagen sometime during spring 2012. Jamming and refining the sounds of sinister voices has been the purpose since then, resulting in the first sonic outings in the course of 2014.

Demon Head is super warm analog 70s groovy doomrock, deeply rooted in early Sabbath/Pentagram stuff with a voice being transmitted from a black hole in a parallel universe. Their debut album - "Ride the Wildernes" , released in May 2015 - is the first long player after a demo tape and the "Winterland" , and has been met with great reviews and a 1st place on the Doom Charts in August 2015.

The guys recorded the new stuff completely by themselves in their own Chaos Island studio and got it mastered by Christoph "Tiger" from German rock band Kadavar. Ride The Wilderness is released on vinyl on This Charming Man Records, CD on Wolfbiker Records, and tape cassette on danish Smoked Productions and american Caligari Records.1st press of 650 vinyl copies is close to being sold out after 3 months and 2nd edition of 500 is in the press at the moment.
