After a small party break once again we invite you to an exclusive Club Mahala Balkan night at Loppen. It's going be 2014's last serving of gypsy balkan madness led by close Mahala family members, which many of you already know.
✩ Cousin Luka from Berlin will play a vagabond mix of Gypsy-Balkan/Electro Swing-Klezmer/RussianDisco-Polka!
✩ Second cousin from fathers side, DJ ETNIK LOVER A.K.A Al Lindrum is gonna serve a brilliant mix of electronic beats combined with ethnic sound madness.
✩ Brother from another mother Claes Blæs, one of Copenhagens best balkan style trumpet players, will blow through with a mix of folkloric balkan pop behind the dj pult.
✩ And last but not least hostess with mostess Belaj Kru will make sure that the table has a constant flow of balkan specialities all night long and that slowing down is not an option! It's gonna be unframed wild, hot, fast, crazy, delirious & stormy loving!
Old club - new place!
Beside this amazing line up, the gypsy fortune teller Ali Magica will look at her crystal ball free of charge. She will ask for a personalized reading according to your stars and personal characteristics. Ask which ever question about your life, and receive a Special Mahala prediction. Love issues? Friendship? Money? If you need to know, she is the one to ask!

Loppen skal have et nyt ventilationsanlæg, så vi kan give gæster, artister og frivillige en temperatur, der er tilpasset årstiden. Sådan et ventilationsprojekt koster cirka 1 million kroner, og vi har brug for al den hjælp, vi kan få!

Derudover har vi frivillige indtil videre doneret 30.000 kroner i projektet, som kommer fra den pulje, vi ellers ville have brugt på personalegoder og forbedringer til vores personalerum. Pengene i den pulje er indsamlet én krone ad gangen per salg via vores serveringsgebyr i baren.

We need a new air conditioning system so we can give guests, artists, and activists a temperature fit for the season.
An air conditioning system like that is about one million kroner, so we need all the help we can get!
"Stadig Stædig" ("Still Stubborn") - our club nights between Christmas and New Year's - marks the start of a campaign of support concerts, where all profits go to our new air conditioning system.
What's more is the 30.000 kroner that the Loppen activists themselves have put into the project jar - all from the account that we otherwise would have spent on improving the conditions in our activist room. Those 30.000 kroner have been collected one krone at a time per sale through our service fee at the bar.
